CANCELLATION POLICY

**24-Hour Cancellation Policy** We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. is a 10% late for you for each day that passes . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Same day cancellations are charged 75%. No shows are charged 100% of the original price of your appointment fee (Sales will not be honored). Refund policy We do not offer refunds as we can not determine what happens outside of the salon. Although we will redo a service if something goes wrong within 48 hours of your appointment.
